The box was all taped up and it was explained that it arrived to the dock that way, so my hopes were pretty low that it would be undamaged but to my surprise, it was not damaged. Good. Assembly went well. Like others said the instructions are tiny but I used my camera to blow them up and from their assembly went well. I have a 100lb bag that currently weights 76lbs and this stand does move a bit but it doesn't shift or move its legs if that makes sense. I used (3) 50lb sandbags, one on each leg up front and one on the backside of the middle leg. Commercial sand is 5dollars for a 50lb bag from home depot so much cheaper that way, 15bucks plus another 15 for a pack of sandbags is cheaper than buying 100+lbs in weight which is what you need to keep the stand planted on the ground if you don't bolt it down. There is no guide on how much weight is needed to weight it down, it depends on how hard you hit and how much your bag weighs.
