Gorgeous bag. For the Kipling fans, the “Gabbie” is my favourite bag but this comes a close second! Sometimes the Gabbie is just a little bit too big for everyday use, but the Cai is perfect for every day! Holds less than the Gabbie but more than enough for daily use. Bought the “timid blue” which is a fascinating colour - pale blue in daylight but appears pale mauve in some light and sometimes pale grey - gorgeous. Goes with any outfit! Highly recommended. ?Not up to Kipling usual standard the front zip is to long therefore it's wavy, very short strap for a cross body bag, and I'm a very short person. While being smaller than a gaby, I would call it a medium bag rather than a small. Holds a decent amount of stuff up to and including a very large purse and a kindle oasis or a 7" tablet. Very badly creased on arrival so I assume these will drop out, and as a matter of personal preference, I hate the fluffy monkey to childish by far.I would have preferred the old style monkey or a metal or plastic one.Good bag. Plenty of pockets, similar in shape and style to the Gabbie but quite a bit smaller. Will take my umbrella, large purse, phone, fold up shopper and gloves and the front zip pocket takes a mini iPad or Kindle. I have used it non stop since I got it.I absolutely love this bag as it’s a perfect size for what I want .The main compartment will comfortably hold my DSLR camera on a day out and there is a great zip pocket for my purse at the front with compartments for a phone etc. The slip pocket at the front is handy for tickets or phone if you want it to hand .The timid blue colour is lovely , perfect for the summer.I never buy any other bags than Kipling. I have bought around a dozen in the past, all different colours. They are wonderful and last so long. This light blue one has shown the dirt pretty quickly but it doesn't matter as they are so easy to wash.
